Indulging in pure happiness ~ Heavenly tasty !!! I taught the youngsters to made French dessert-Crème brûlée & Italian fruit tart- Crostata di Frutta. So happy to see they enjoy my European cooking class and the mouth-watering food tasting !!
Made my favorite dessert- Italian Creme Caramel. The only difference between Italian Creme Caramel and French Crème brûlée is the French put a layer of sugar on top of custard and torched burn it to caramelize and form a crispy thin brownish layer, Italian put the caramel on the bottom of custard). Love this dessert so much- cold, creamy, soft, smooth, compact moist texture with intense aroma of egg vanilla cream, and the rich fragrant caramel juice oozing from bottom !!! Driving me crazy !! Indulging in pure happiness ~
