FRENCH / ITALIAN / EUROPEAN/ MALAYSIAN ASIAN COOKING CLASS ~ By Angeline Cheang - The Nutri Chef (Home-stay accommodation can be arranged for tourists)


Interested to learn the basic essence of French/ Italian/ Malaysian Asian cooking? Get a 3-course European/Malaysian Asian cooking class and enjoy cooking fun with registered nutritionist - Angeline Cheang.

Fees & duration:
Only RM188 for Malaysian (100 US Dollar for foreigners) ! 4-5 hours cooking, complete 3 course meal consists of appetizer, main dish and dessert !! Include food tasting, FREE complementary French wine (non-alcohol Sparkling drink for Muslims), French cheese and fresh baguette bread to be enjoyed during food tasting !!
(Normal market price of learning only 1 European dessert is RM80-150, 2 hours. Now, with only RM188 per person, you learn the complete 3 course meal !! )

Tourists accommodation:
Lovely, homey home stay accommodation is available for tourists at RM150 per night, per head, include bed, Malaysia authentic breakfast, transport transfer to nearest train station.

Language:
Cooking class can be conducted in various language : English, Chinese Mandarin, Malay Language, Chinese dialect Cantonese.

Time:
Class open daily at 9am and 2pm, minimum 2 person, maximum 6 person. Male client please come with female friend.

Made my favorite dessert- Italian Creme Caramel. The only difference between Italian Creme Caramel and French Crème brûlée is the French put a layer of sugar on top of custard and torched burn it to caramelize and form a crispy thin brownish layer, Italian put the caramel on the bottom of custard). Love this dessert so much- cold, creamy, soft, smooth, compact moist texture with intense aroma of egg vanilla cream, and the rich fragrant caramel juice oozing from bottom !!! Driving me crazy !! I had set up my own little healthy lifestyle gallery featuring nutritionist's café with healthy dishes cooked by me, professional body slimming treatments with superb skin care products & high-tech equipment fully imported from Paris France and gym fitness / dancing class.

 I suddenly got inspired by my interesting friend from Paris and came out with a catchy slogan for my brand : Be Awesome Be Yourself. And its acronym B.A.B.Y. is really CUTE ! This slogan perfectly describe the way we live- Fearless, passionate, energetic, cheerful, always optimistic, dare to live the life we want ! :) I'd been working so hard for many days on my logo design and drawing. Happy to see my cute customer enjoyed the pumpkin cake baked by me~ She is enjoying a freshly blended collagen yogurt drink with oat+banana+orange, and a chocolate pumpkin cake topped with cranberry marmalade. Pumpkin is packed with lutein, Vitamin C, E, B complex, carotenoid, minerals which support healthy prostate, bladder, kidney, eyes, prevent cellular damage & high cholesterol. Cranberry is high in Vitamin C and Proanthocyanidine, which promote heart health, prevent cancer, plaque formation on teeth, bacteria infection in urinary tract, also effective in killing Helico Pylori bacteria which cause stomach ulcer/cancer.

MY HAPPY COOKING TIME~ 



My secret recipe mashed potato with green peas and dory fish~


I made some super fluffy pancake with mix toss salad~ 


I made a soffy,hot,fragrant mashed potato with olive oil + dill mix herbs, top with creamy thick mushroom soup with lots of egg, carrot, mushroom, fish fillet, sugar beet & Gruyere cheese ~ 


Made myself a healthy breakfast as a start of a wonderful day~ :)


Yeyy! I bought a beautiful black chicken from fresh market and cooked myself a super big pot of nourishing tonic black chicken soup with Chinese medicinal herbs- wolfberry, ginseng roots, ginseng slice (Pao Shen) and red dates! Love its mild herbal fragrance with a hint of natural chicken sweetness. A warm comfort soup, for a cold, raining lonely day~ :))



Making LOVE shape macaron for customers' orders during Valentine's Day~ So sweet those boyfriends, ordered many of my love shape macaron to their girlfriends~ :))





Made myself a delicious French toast while baking macaron for my customers' order~ :p





Preparing cooking ingredients for a group of 3 customers coming all the way from Singapore (Malaysia's neighboring country) tomorrow~They know me from my blog ! Really thankful for their support :)) I'm so happy to got a really fresh Australian beef and lamb steak with beautiful fat marbling for them~And a beautiful green Zucchini too! But the clam is not fresh. Will go to fresh market again today to get some fresher clam. So, the menu they order are: beef steak, lamb steak, my special stir fried clam spaghetti and love shape macarons~  My cooking principle is to always make the dish colorful with lots of vegetable (nutritionist principle, hehe), fresh, premium quality ingredients and healthier cooking method, with a well balance nutrition intake. That's why I'll not add any potato fries into the steak set, but add colorful vegetables and whole wheat pita bread instead, as a healthier carbohydrate source.

I cooked a medium rare (according to the customer's preference) Australian beef steak with zucchini, crispy brown outer crust and pinkish juicy tender meat inside~ for a Singaporean (Malaysia's neighboring country) food lover expert who know about my little kitchen from my blog ! How magical~ He brought his wife & daughter to have lunch at my little kitchen. He ordered: macaron, beef steak, lamb chop, and my special stir fried spaghetti with clam. I'm glad to know I cooked all his food to his satisfaction. They finished all the food, nothing left except bones and clam shells  We're now become good friends who share the same passion in food! He traveled all around the world, especially Europe to search for nice, authentic food. Really grateful for his support and sharing about his Euro food trip ! I treasure this friendship :)















FRENCH gastronomy exploration journey at Paris (21 Dec 2012- 7th Jan 2013). Food that I learned to cook by myself at Paris: macaron, turbot fish fillet, Tartare de boeuf (beef tartare), burdin noir (dark hued blood sausage). I also baked a quiche with goat cheese, egg, bacon lardon and mâche. I went to many traditional morning markets in Paris to buy & select all fresh food ingredients. A journey to the soul and heart~ My life pleasure.. :)
